About
Lost 52 Project was founded by Tim Taylor as a continuation of his first WWII submarine discovery of the USS R12. Together with Christine Dennison, they produced a 24-minute documentary "Expedition R-12 Americas Forgotten Submarine" chronicling the groundbreaking AUV expedition and history of the submarine. In addition to a focus on lost US WWII submarines the team is developing unique and proprietary scanning photogrammetry methodology that has them branching out and collaborating on numerous submerged cultural resource expeditions and post processing projects around the world. The team is committed to the discovery and comprehensive 3D reality capture documentation of underwater historic sites.
